RETURNS

Your satisfaction is important to us. You have 30 days from original invoice to return any item purchased from the Diesel Injection Zone. To be eligible for a return, the product needs to be unused, in a “brand-new” condition. It must also be in the original packaging.

For this reason, no refunds will be given on products that have been installed, tampered with, contaminated, or disassembled.

To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase- your full name, invoice number, date of purchase, part number, quantity, reason for returning and any other important information.

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item, and, at our discretion, a restocking fee of up to 25% may be assessed. Shipping costs are non-refundable. Customer is responsible for shipping costs incurred to return products. Because of the product value, we recommend you to consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance.

If your return item is approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.

Some Circumstances in which credit will not be issued but not limited to:

  • Product is a “Special Order” item
  • Product has been installed and/or used
  • Product has been damaged from an attempt to be installed and/or used
  • Product is shipped back without original box, manual and/or parts
  • Seal on electrical parts is broken
  • Product serial number does not match that of which was original shipped to buyer
  • Product is deemed not resalable by Diesel Injection Zone due to customers own actions in dealing with the Product

If you received a return approval but hasn’t received the credit yet, we encourage you to contact your credit card company or Paypal since it might take some time for the refund to be officially posted. 

After contacting your credit card / Paypal and still have not received your refund yet, please contact us at dieselinjectionzone@gmail.com .

 

LIMITED WARRANTY


Diesel Injection Zone has high quality products. For this reason, we warrant our products to be free from defects in material or workmanship for a period of 1 year*. (*Performance Remanufactured Products are warranted for 6 months.)

The warranty period it is considered to begin the day the product is shipped to the original customer. This warranty is non-transferable.

Diesel Injection Zone Limited Warranty doesn't cover and therefore excludes the following:

  • Labor costs to install or uninstall Products
  • Labor costs incurred in diagnosis of defects or any other consequential expenses, including third party testing
  • Failures caused by fuel or oil contamination, fire damage, misuse, negligence, modification, abuse, improper application, installation or operation
  • Failures caused by unauthorized service or use of unauthorized parts
  • Failures caused by power enhancing devices or modifications
  • Any down time, towing, travel, lodging, or any other contingent expenses

This warranty is in lieu of all different express and inferred warranties, including the suggested warranties of merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose.

Diesel Injection Zone does not assume any responsibility for incidental or consequential damages. This warranty sets out your exclusive remedies with respect to the products covered by it. No attempt to alter, modify, or amend this warranty shall be allowed.

 

WARRANTY CLAIMS

 

To be eligible for warranty consideration, please call us at +1 954-451-7396 or email us at dieselinjectionzone@gmail.com . You must include a proof of purchase receipt with purchase date, full name and your problem description. Then, we will provide you the instructions for sending the products to us to be tested for warranty consideration.

If you fail to comply to this instructions, Diesel Injection Zone will not accept your products for warranty claim.

The client is responsible for shipping fees and any shipping insurance needed. Diesel Injection Zone is not responsible for damages caused by/during shipping.

If our testing confirms that a product does not exhibit any material or workmanship defect within the testing specifications we have identified, you will be assessed a standard fee for cleaning / testing and the Product will be shipped back to you at your expense, UPS Ground (within the US).

If our testing confirms that a product  does exhibit material or workmanship defect, Diesel Injection Zone will replace the item (like for like), and cover UPS Ground shipping (inside the US) to return the replacement product to the original customer. You may select to pay for faster shipping at your expense.
